TRUSTS.me is a school and a record. We teach people how property moves — title, probate, equity — and we keep a record of what a family has agreed about what it owns. The school is The School of Betterment and the twelve-step programme it teaches is called Resurrected.
Dax Dunn. There is no sales team, no affiliate scheme and nobody earning a commission on your signing up — which is the point of running it this way. But there is a name behind it, it is his, and he takes full responsibility for what is said here. If something on this site is wrong, he is who it is wrong from.
This programme is not designed or intended to qualify you for employment, a licence, a certification or a qualification of any kind. It is offered solely for your own personal enrichment. Nothing in it is legal, tax or investment advice, and nothing in it values your property.
We say this plainly rather than in small print because it is true and because it is the basis on which we are allowed to run. Resurrected is not a degree, a diploma, a Masters or a certification, and finishing it does not qualify you for anything. It is twelve things worth knowing, sent to you one at a time.
A family record holds that something was agreed, when, and by whom. It is designed so that entries cannot be erased — including by us. That is the point of it, and it means you should be sure before you write.
What you tell us has to be yours to tell. Do not put another person’s documents or details into a record without their agreement, and do not use TRUSTS.me to claim an authority you do not have over somebody else’s estate.
The school is by email and costs nothing. Where we charge — for a title evaluation or for work on a particular matter — the price, what it covers and what happens if we cannot help are set out before you pay, in writing, every time.
You can stop at any time, from any email we send, in one click. We stop everywhere, not just on that list. You do not have to tell us why.
Tell us. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and nothing in them takes away a right you have where you live.
